Elephant Ear, Coffee Cups

Coffee Cups Elephant Ear is an unusual variety of elephant ear in that the leaves grow in a cupped form. The stems are a deep purple to almost black with that colorization following up into the main veins of the leaf. The rest of the leaf is a dark glossy green on top. They self propagate through runners but seem to clump as well. They prefer a moist soil and several hours of sun but will grow in almost complete shade.
