Yellow, star-shaped flowers are carried on tall stems during most of summer. Works great as a groundcover in drier parts of the garden, although they will appreciate regular watering. It does best in a sunny position, but will tolerate light shade. Very popular with landscapers, and widely used in gardens at office complexes, shopping malls, parking lots and other places where a low maintenance plant is required. The sap, or gel from the broken leaves are used to treat burns, insect bites, eczema, rashes and other wounds.
